Areas of application Elastomer moulds
HTV dyes in paste (rubber)
They are Rhos free thermostable pigments pre-dispersed in solid rubber
Features:
- Consistency is easy to work into the rubber on mixers
- Resistance to hot air and UV rays
- Immutability? If the recommended doses are respected, the physico-mechanical properties of the gum are not altered (maximum use: 1.5%).
- Compatibility with DCup, DHBP, 2,4 DCLBP, PT etc? (with the exception of Black Ral 9005 and conductive Black not suitable for use with DCLBP)
- They can be mixed together to get different colors
- There are dyes available that comply with the various regulations for prolonged use with food (FDA? BgVv- NSF etc?)
Catalysts
Features:
We can supply both platinum systems such as crosslinker, platinum and inhibitors as well as most of the peroxides used for silicone rubber DiCupR, DHBP, 2,4 DCLBP, PMBP, PBIC, BP of different types and consistencies.
LSR liquid rubber dyes
They are heat-stable pigments pre-dispersed in low viscous silicone polymers
Features:
- Easily pumpable
- Constant coverage after a short start
- Resistant to high temperatures and UV rays
- Unalterable? if the recommended dosages are respected, the physical-mechanical characteristics of the polymers are not changed (maximum level of use: 3-4%)
- Equally usable for coloring LSR and RTV 2
- There are dyes available that comply with the various regulations for prolonged use with food (FDA? BgVv- NSF etc?)
